Our Onsite Recruiter is accountable for:
• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations.
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers.
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:
• Seeking a minimum of 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent management, human resources, education, customer service, or other equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Customer service focus
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 25% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent and other applicable events in the Baton Rouge, LA area as well as ability to travel to New Orleands, LA. Valid US driver's license in good standing is required.
Base pay range for this position is $52,000 - $60,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
