• *The Position
The Head of Partnerships will own and scale FullStack's partner ecosystem, building strategic alliances with technology platforms, cloud providers, AI ecosystem players, and channel partners. This role is central to accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach into high-growth verticals, and positioning FullStack as a go-to delivery partner for organizations navigating AI transformation.
• *What You'll Do**
Partnership Strategy & Execution
• Define and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with FullStack's 3-year growth vision.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), AI platforms, ISVs, and consulting/advisory firms.
• Develop joint go-to-market motions including co-sell programs, co-marketing initiatives, and joint solution development.
Revenue & Pipeline Impact
• Build partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, tracking contribution to overall revenue growth.
• Structure commercial models, including referral agreements, reseller arrangements, and embedded delivery partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to integrate partner channels into the broader demand generation engine.
Ecosystem Development
• Achieve and maintain partner certifications and tier designations (e.g., AWS Advanced Tier, Google Cloud Partner).
• Align FullStack's AI-Native Engineering program with partner ecosystems to create differentiated co-offerings.
• Identify acquisition or deep collaboration targets within the AI services landscape.
Vertical Go-to-Market
• Develop partner-led entry strategies for priority industry verticals, informed by market opportunity and existing client traction.
• Leverage partner relationships to create industry-specific solutions and case studies that accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
• Work closely with FullStack's senior leadership team to ensure partnership initiatives support company-wide strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with delivery leadership to ensure partner commitments translate into excellent client outcomes.
• *What You Bring
• 8+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliance management within technology services, SaaS, or consulting.
• Track record of building partnerships that drive measurable revenue.
• Deep familiarity with at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and its partner programs.
• Experience working within or alongside nearshore/offshore software services models.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Bonus points for experience in AI/ML services or partnerships, particularly with generative AI and agentic workflows.
• It’s a plus if you have a proven ability to develop vertical-specific go-to-market strategies within enterprise technology services.
• Ideally, you bring familiarity with private equity portfolio company dynamics and digital transformation selling motions.
• Experience with partner-tier advancement strategies and certification programs is highly preferred but not required.
