Customer Excellence and Logistics Specialist

About this Position
Customer Service and Logistics Specialist responsible for supporting both customers and supply chain operations by managing orders and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

What you´ll do
• Order Management: annual order entry, ensure sales orders are entered on time for all entry channels, Henkel eshop and EDI monitoring mgmt of orders

• Invoicing and Claims Management: invoice entry and mgmt, commercial credit and debit note mgmt, claims and complaints mgmt
Master Data,
• Report Mngmt & KPI: support to MDM team in generating reports for CSX operations, to achieve KPIs, use ticketing system for cases mgmt
Close collaboration with internal/external partners/functions, judging and aligning priorities to meet customer expectations and needs

• Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing via CSX org

• Contribute actively to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements

• Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness, use KPI’s, perf mgmt systems

Utilize cust serv support systems and tools (SAP, SCBI & Service Cloud), driving efficiencies and providing feedback to contribute to improvement

• Plan own activities according to demand to ensure business continuity, enhance efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction
