Job Description
Job Type: Full-time / Commission-based
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing real estate team in Nairobi.
Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell real estate properties to clients
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good knowledge of Nairobi real estate market is an advantage
• Ability to work independently
