Freelance Sourcer skilled with technical + GTM roles

We’re hiring a freelance sourcer to source candidates for technical + GTM roles. This role is for experienced sourcers only.

What You’ll Do

Independently source, engage, and qualify candidates for open roles

Maintain an active pipeline at all times

Deliver a consistent flow of qualified candidates

Proactively adjust sourcing strategy if pipeline quality or volume drops

Non-Negotiables

5+ years sourcing experience

Own and use your own sourcing tools

You can run end-to-end sourcing without supervision

You respond quickly and operate with urgency

Required Tooling (You Must Have Your Own)

At least one paid sourcing tool (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Apollo, Gem, SeekOut, etc.)

Ability to run outbound sourcing independently

Ability to track and report pipeline status clearly

Ideal Background

Experience sourcing both technical and GTM roles

Startup, agency, or embedded recruiting experience

Comfortable sourcing across multiple roles simultaneously
