PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST (META ADS ONLY)
Contract | Remote | LATAM Preferred
We are a construction/home improvement company building an in-house marketing team.
No agencies. No middlemen. We want the actual media buyer running the ads.
This role is PAID SOCIAL ONLY.
If you do organic posting, branding, or “full-stack marketing,” this is not for you.
What You Will Do

Run Facebook & Instagram ads (Meta only)
Build and manage local lead generation campaigns
Optimize audiences, budgets, and ad structure
Direct creative testing (you don’t edit — you decide what to test)
Monitor CPL and performance weekly
Work inside our ad account (full transparency)

What You Will NOT Do

Organic social media
Content posting
Canva / video editing
Google Ads, GMB, Yelp
Client communication

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Proven Meta Ads experience for local services
You personally managed ad accounts (not “my team”)
Comfortable being judged strictly by performance
Can explain clearly:

How you structure campaigns
How do you test creatives
How do you control CPL

Reliable communication and weekly reporting

Compensation

Base
Performance bonus: based on results (CPL or booked appointments)
Monthly cap during trial period
Contract role → potential long-term/in-house

You get paid for results.
Time Commitment

~5–8 hours per week
Async work
One weekly call
