Salesforce & Omnichannel Data Analytics Lead (m/f/d)Are you ready to take on a challenge where your expertise in data analytics, omnichannel performance, CRM, and digital campaigns can make a real impact?Great!We are looking for a Salesforce & Omnichannel Data Analytics Lead (m/f/d) to join our commercial team and help turn data into actionable insights.This position offers a fully remote setup for candidates located in the UK. Your responsibilities include:Integrate, validate and analyze data from CRM, digital platforms and other sources to create a unified and actionable view of customer activitiesDefine, standardize and monitor KPIs across CRM and digital platforms to ensure transparency, alignment and actionDevelop, automate and maintain omnichannel and sales force effectiveness dashboards, and deliver campaign and engagement performance metrics across brands and geographies to assess performance and identify improvement areasConduct ad-hoc deep dives and root cause analyses to support tactical decision-making and strategic planning across markets and productsEnsure data quality, consistency and structure across internal and external sourcesAct as the senior point of contact for all analytics topics related to field force, digital and omnichannel performanceAbout you – your qualificationsMaster’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or a related fieldProven experience in omnichannel engagement analytics, digital campaigns, CRM metrics, field force performance and social media data analysisExperience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry is an advantageProficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation and advanced analyticsAdvanced knowledge of CRM systems such as Veeva and Salesforce as well as marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud) and Google AnalyticStrong understanding of database structures with the ability to integrate, extract, analyze and interpret data, build dashboards from scratch and automate scalable reportingFluency in English, German is a plusWe kindly request that headhunters or recruitment agencies refrain from contacting us regarding this position.Caught your interest?Join a passionate, mission-driven global biotech committed to protecting lives.
