Ecommerce Fractional CFO Consultant (Amazon FBA) – One-Time Financial Review

I'm looking for an experienced ecommerce CFO, financial consultant, or accountant for a one-time consulting engagement.

I own an Amazon FBA business doing approximately $1M in annual revenue. I'm trying to better understand the true financial health of the business.

Currently, Sellerboard shows one level of profitability while Finaloop shows something very different. I need someone to review my financials, identify why the numbers don't match, and help determine which figures I should rely on.

I'm looking for someone with experience in:

Amazon FBA accounting

Ecommerce P&L analysis

Cash flow analysis

Inventory and COGS

Balance sheet review

The goal is to leave the engagement with a clear understanding of:

My true profitability

My cash flow

Any issues with my accounting or reporting

Recommendations for better financial reporting going forward

This is intended to be a fixed-price, one-time project, not an ongoing bookkeeping or fractional CFO engagement.
