Velora Studio is a vintage business based in Estonia, focused on the United States and European Etsy markets.
We are building more than an Etsy shop — we are building a lasting brand.
We are not looking for someone who will simply manage an Etsy shop. We are looking for one person who wants to help build a business for the long term.
Our goal is not simply to increase sales. We want to build a business with a strong reputation, exceptional quality, and a culture based on trust, responsibility, continuous improvement, and mutual respect.

Has proven experience growing Etsy shops.
Has a strong understanding of Etsy SEO and Etsy Ads.
Has proven experience growing Pinterest accounts and generating organic traffic.
Thinks strategically.
Takes ownership and responsibility.
Pays close attention to detail.
Communicates honestly and openly.
Enjoys continuous improvement.
Is genuinely interested in a long-term working relationship.
We are not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building, improving, solving problems, testing ideas, and helping a business become stronger over time.

Your Responsibilities
Etsy SEO
Listing optimization
Etsy Ads management
Shop analytics
Competitor research
Conversion optimization
Growth strategy
Developing and growing our Pinterest presence to generate consistent organic traffic
Sharing ideas, testing new strategies, and contributing to business decisions
Identifying new opportunities for growth
Helping strengthen the business month after month
Compensation
We believe long-term partnerships should be rewarding for both sides.
Our initial compensation package includes:
Fixed monthly payment of $300 USD
A performance-based bonus linked to measurable business results
The exact bonus structure will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate before we begin working together.
As Velora Studio grows, we expect our partnership, responsibilities, and compensation to grow together.
How We Choose Long-Term Partners
Finding the right person is far more important to us than hiring quickly.
Because we are looking for a long-term partnership, our selection process is a little different from most.
Instead of following a traditional hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short Velora Long-Term Partnership Profile before we schedule a Welcome Call.
The profile helps us understand not only a candidate’s professional experience but also whether we are likely to be a good long-term fit for each other.
It includes both professional and personal questions that form part of our internal decision-making process.
We understand that our approach is different, and we completely respect that it will not be right for everyone.
We are not asking anyone to agree with our approach.
We are simply being transparent about how we choose the people with whom we build long-term working relationships.
Candidates who successfully complete this stage will be invited to a brief 5–10 minute Welcome Call.
This is not a traditional interview.
It is simply an opportunity for us to meet face-to-face, get to know each other, and wish each other mutual success as we begin working together.
We believe it is better to be honest from the beginning than to discover later that we are not the right fit for each other.
We value honesty over promises. If you do not know something, we would rather hear “I don’t know, but I’ll find out” than receive an answer you are not confident about.
