Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the Nairobi Safari Club By Swiss-Belhotel.
Nairobi Safari Club by Swiss-Belhotel is Nairobi's iconic all-suite hotel, offering spacious accommodation, exceptional hospitality, and memorable experiences for business and leisure travellers alike.
YOUR TASKS
Oversee the overall operations of Nairobi Safari Club by Swiss-Belhotel.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Drive and implement strategic business growth initiatives.
Lead, manage, and develop the hotel team.
Maintain operational efficiency across all departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, owners, and stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
International 4-5-star hotel chain experience.
Minimum 10 years of international hospitality experience.
East Africa experience is an advantage.
Strong labor union and employee relations experience.
Hotel refurbishment and F&B experience preferred.
Excellent owner and stakeholder relationship management.
Hands-on, dynamic, and results-driven leader.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospitality or related field.
