Client Partner - Interior Design
Job Description
The Design Gallery is a leader in luxury interiors and bespoke furniture. We're looking for a Client Partner to spearhead our key accounts, cultivate deep relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, and design professionals, and secure our position at the forefront of the luxury design space.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen client relationships and grow lifetime value
• Own the full sales cycle for major projects, from pitch to final handover
• Lead negotiations and close high-value bespoke furniture and interior design contracts
• Act as the strategic lead and client advocate across the project lifecycle, ensuring every brief is exceeded
• Mentor Assistant Relationship Managers and drive collaboration across sales, design, and operations
• Represent The Design Gallery at industry events and build a strong client pipeline
What We're Looking For
• 5 to 7 years in relationship management, key account management, or senior sales, ideally in luxury interiors, high-end furniture, or architecture
• A proven record managing a high-value client portfolio and consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Expertise in negotiating and closing complex, high-value contracts
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Executive presence, exceptional communication, and a genuine passion for design, art, and luxury
