Responsibilities
• Evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and actionable feedback to sales reps.
• Analyze performance trends and prepare reports.
• Participate in calibration and training sessions.

Requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience as a Sales QA/Quality Analyst (required).

✅ Previous experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales.

✅ Strong understanding of the sales process, objection handling, and closing techniques.

✅ Experience with CRM and QA tools.

✅ Advanced English (C1+).

✅ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
