Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a qp'k'f't'j'k at Optiven Limited. The successful candidate will be based in Nairobi County, Kenya. Daily responsibilities include managing project tasks, coordinating with various departments, ensuring timely reporting, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, proactive planning, and the ability to contribute to the company’s mission of empowering property investors.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in project management and task coordination
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with planning and executing strategic initiatives
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic work environments
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in common office software and digital tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management or a related field is preferred
