🧩 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SDR Supervisor to lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and aligning daily operations with overall business objectives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs
• Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs
• Oversee daily operations and workflow execution
• Conduct 1:1 sessions, coaching, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Monitor quality of interactions and adherence to processes
• Deliver ongoing training (shadowing sessions, role plays, etc.)
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
💸 Commission Structure
• Commission based on team performance
• Activated starting at 80% of target achievement
• Key metrics: IAs and PCA
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in sales environments (mandatory)
• Experience leading SDR, sales, or training teams
• Advanced or fluent English (essential)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• KPI-driven and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Ability to manage large teams
