Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Graduate Sales Representative, located on-site in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Graduate Sales Representative will actively support the sales team through engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting Safiyo’s solutions effectively. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering presentations, tracking sales activities, contributing to sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and utilizing business insights for client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Basic knowledge or interest in data insights, consumer behavior, and market intelligence
• Prior experience or interest in sales, business development, or client management is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and meet sales targets
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
