Technical Co-Founder (Founding CTO) — Nairobi

We’re building Kási — a commerce infrastructure platform powering distributed fulfillment, electric delivery, and supply chain automation across Africa.

We are pre-revenue, early-stage, and building from zero.

This is a founding technical role, not a job.
We are NOT looking for:

• Corporate or management-first engineers

• Candidates who need structure, certainty, or stability
We ARE looking for:
• Hands-on builders who can ship end-to-end systems.
• Founders at heart, not employees.
• Someone with a business and leadership mindset
• Engineers who are comfortable with ambiguity and zero validation.
• Someone excited to build high-impact solutions.
• People excited to build core infrastructure, not incremental features.
• Someone ready to take real ownership from day one.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, logistics, marketplaces, or infrastructure systems (preferred)
• Strong product intuition and startup mindset

Remote (Must be based in Nairobi)
