Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage compressor sales, after-sales service, and spare parts operations across Kenya and the region.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, industrial accounts, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Drive service excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and service teams.
• Monitor business performance, budgets, KPIs, and profitability while ensuring sustainable growth.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial equipment sales and service, preferably in air compressors, compressed air systems, or related industrial products.
• Proven track record in leading sales, service, and spare parts businesses with strong commercial acumen.
• Sound technical knowledge of air compressors and industrial applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
