Job Description
Project Expectations
Review and refine my existing compression legging tech pack (approximately 80–90% complete) and convert it into a fully manufacturer-ready production package. The design includes integrated non-removable hip padding, contour seams, a high-waisted compression waistband, and an invisible zipper pocket.
Deliverables
Technical review of construction, fit, and manufacturability
Point of Measure (POM) sheet with garment measurements
Size grading rules and measurement tolerances
Padding specification sheet (dimensions, placement, thickness, materials)
Pocket and zipper construction specifications
Construction cross-sections and assembly details
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Recommendations for production consistency and quality control
Final manufacturer-ready tech pack
Required Skills
Activewear technical design and product development
Compression leggings and performance apparel experience
Pattern making and grading
Tech pack creation and factory documentation
Experience working with overseas manufacturers
Strong understanding of fabrics, seam construction, and garment engineering
Ideal Candidate
