Social Media Manager Needed for Multiple STR / Real Estate / Digital Product Business Accounts
Job Description
The businesses include:
- A Dubai-based short-term rental / holiday home management business
- Related Dubai business pages and brand assets
- A US short-term rental / property management expansion brand
- A digital product / AI education brand for Airbnb hosts and STR operators
This is not for one single page. I need someone who can manage content across multiple related business accounts without mixing up the positioning, audience or tone.
Main goal:
Create consistent, useful, business-relevant content that builds authority, supports lead generation and makes the brands look professional.
Scope of work:
1. Create a monthly content calendar across multiple accounts
2. Create and schedule regular posts
3. Create short-form video/reel concepts and simple edits
4. Write captions in strong English
5. Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and possibly TikTok / YouTube Shorts
6. Create Canva-style graphics when needed
7. Use existing business assets, PDFs, company profile materials, product documents, property photos and founder insights
8. Keep the messaging different for each brand/account
9. Schedule/publish content consistently
10. Light comment and DM monitoring
11. Provide a simple monthly performance report
12. Suggest improvements based on what performs

I need someone who can think in content systems, not just post random graphics.
Requirements:
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong English writing skills
- Ability to create clean Canva graphics
- Ability to create or edit simple reels / short-form videos
- Comfortable working with multiple accounts
- Able to prepare a monthly content calendar before posting
- Able to schedule posts consistently
- Able to understand different audiences and adjust messaging
- Experience with real estate, hospitality, Airbnb, short-term rentals, property management, SaaS, AI or digital products is a strong advantage
- Must be organized and reliable
