• Perform data entry of claims information into the claims management systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow up on missing information to ensure accurate processing of claims, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
• Review invoices for accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Compile reports from systems containing claims information, providing valuable insights and data to inform business decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, achieving shared goals and objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older, or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and data entry.
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Skills and Competencies
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
