As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. With a consultative approach, you'll help our customers stay connected to what matters most, while meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Handle customer service calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records

• Meet monthly sales goals, delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving customer satisfaction
