We connect patients with licensed doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and specialists for home visits, virtual consultations, pharmacy delivery, and continuous care. From booking a doctor to getting medication delivered, Qare+ brings care closer, faster, and smarter.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for a Junior Marketer.

This isn’t a “support the team” role. You’ll be actively involved in driving growth.

You will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage and grow our social media presence, create content, and support brand development across platforms. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding healthcare providers onto Qare+, helping grow our network of doctors and specialists.

Beyond execution, you’ll track performance, analyze data, and turn insights into smarter marketing decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

→ Managing and growing Qare+ social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

→ Creating engaging content that actually connects (not just posts for the sake of it)

→ Supporting and executing marketing campaigns across channels

→ Onboarding and engaging doctors, nurses, and specialists onto the platform

→ Coordinating activations, partnerships, and events when needed

→ Tracking campaign performance and using data to improve results

→ Contributing to brand voice, messaging, and overall growth strategy

Qualifications

✔ 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media

✔ Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging, human content

✔ Confidence in communicating and engaging with different audiences (including professionals)

✔ Basic understanding of marketing metrics and performance tracking

✔ Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

✔ Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (social media, analytics, etc.)

✔ Basic design or content editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) are a plus

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
