Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Hospital Outreach Officer (Commission-Based) at At.Home Kenya. The primary responsibilities is to support our hospital outreach and grow patient referrals for our home care services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit hospitals and introduce AtHome Kenya services
• Build relationships with nurses, doctors, and hospital staff
• Generate and follow up on patient referrals
• Provide simple daily updates on visits and leads
• Qualifications
• Proficiency in Communication and building professional relationships
• Ability to conduct Research and gather relevant insights to support outreach efforts
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in healthcare, social work, or a related field is an added advantage
• Familiarity with the local community and healthcare landscape in Nairobi is a plus
• Minimum academic qualification of a diploma or degree in a relevant field
