📢 We Are Hiring | PGS Deploy Resource – Nairobi, Kenya

We are looking for an experienced PGS Deploy Resource to join our team on a 12-month contract based in Nairobi, Kenya.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Payment Gateway Services (PGS) merchant onboarding activities, driving successful integrations and ensuring seamless technical operations for our clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end merchant onboarding and implementation processes
• Manage urgent production technical support issues, including complex challenges for both onboarding and live merchants
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to track projects, incidents, and technical tickets
• Deliver platform-specific technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams
• Support clients in completing and submitting PGS-related request documentation
• Provide regular status updates and conduct review meetings with clients

✅ Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in payment gateways, merchant onboarding, or technical project delivery
• Strong understanding of payment gateway platforms, digital commerce, and merchant integrations
• Hands-on experience with APIs and merchant integrations on PGS platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced client environment
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional technical, operational, and business teams
