Commission-Based Sales Representative (Web Design – Warm Leads)

We are a growing web design company seeking a motivated Sales Representative to contact warm leads and introduce our website services to small and mid-sized businesses.

This role focuses on outreach to businesses that either do not have a website or have outdated websites and could benefit from a modern online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company

• Identify businesses in need of new or updated websites

• Clearly communicate the value of professional web design

• Build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently

• Close sales and maintain a simple pipeline of prospects

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based with strong earning potential
