Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute plans to achieve sales targets, develop new business pipelines, and drive the overall growth of the service center operations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development strategies
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Account Management
• Demonstrated ability to drive Sales and meet or exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Working knowledge of the motor vehicle service industry is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
