Job Description
Join Williams Sonoma, a global leader in high-end home and kitchen products.
Availability~ Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week)
• 4~00 p.m. - 5~00 a.m. Kenya time
• 40 hours per week
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities~
• Customer-Centric Customer Service~ Be the first point of contact by phone, actively listen, and resolve inquiries with empathy.
• Problem Solving and Accountability~ Resolve issues, approve adjustments, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Service with Integrity~ Provide honest and ethical support, protecting customer data.
• Collaboration and Growth~ Work as part of a team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to process improvement.
What we're looking for~
• More than 1 year of experience in BPO customer service
• Advanced conversational English (9/10)
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
• Integrity, responsibility, and reliability
