Amazon PPC & Account Manager (AU + US)
Job Description
We're hiring an experienced Amazon PPC specialist to own and scale our Amazon AU and US accounts end-to-end. This is our 4th attempt at filling this role, so read carefully before applying.
Who we want to hear from:
Individual operators doing the work yourself. If you run an agency and plan to hand this to a junior or VA, don't apply — we'll know within a week.
5+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts at scale, with verifiable results (screenshots of accounts you've personally managed, not case studies written by your marketing team).
Proven PPC performance — sponsored products, brands, display, DSP if applicable. We want to see before/after TACoS, ACoS, and revenue growth from accounts you actually ran.
Full account management capability: listings, A+ content, FBA shipment planning and logistics, inventory forecasting, Brand Registry, Buy Box defense, reimbursements, case management with Seller Support.
Experience expanding accounts into new international marketplaces — not just keeping the lights on in one region.

No monthly retainers. Compensation is tied to performance and outcomes — structure to be discussed with serious candidates.
Direct communication. No account managers, no middlemen, no "let me check with the team."
