Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation & Field Sales Representative for a full-time hybrid position based in Nairobi, Kenya, with partial remote work flexibility. The role involves identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research, building client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of Lesviv Global Ltd's innovative bidet solutions. You will also engage in field sales activities to secure partnerships and drive product adoption in the Kenyan market.

Qualifications
• Proven skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Experience with Market Research and analyzing market trends
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of hygiene or eco-friendly products is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong networking and client relationship management skills
