SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Personal dedication to do what it takes to find clients, work ethic, team player

• Industry knowledge of principles of business brokerage, franchising and commercial real estate or significant experience in general real estate with demonstration of transferable skills.

• Highly tuned negotiation and consultative abilities

• Seller Representation, Buyer Representation

• Valuation of businesses and/or properties

• Willingness to do in-person networking, as well as a variety of online an mail campaigns

• Presentations at networking events and other business meetings with referral opportunities

• Managing buyer-seller meetings

• Preparing and negotiating offers and/or purchase agreements
