Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver at Wash On The Go! Mobile Laundry. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with customers, picking up laundry orders from clients' locations, delivering them to designated facilities, and returning completed orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will maintain clear communication with the Wash On The Go! team and ensure high-quality customer service during each interaction.

Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• Experience or training in logistics, transportation, or delivery services
• Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn operational skills, such as handling laundry-related tasks
• Sales experience or ability to promote additional services is preferred
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
• Ability to manage time effectively and independently
• Commitment to providing professional and courteous service to all customers
