Description:
As a Call Center Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by connecting customers with products and services that meet their needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

Making outbound and/or handling inbound sales calls with potential and existing customers
Presenting products and services clearly, confidently, and persuasively
Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals
Addressing customer questions and objections to close sales effectively
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Staying up to date on product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies
Collaborating with teammates and sharing insights to continuously improve sales performance

Requirements:
We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales-driven mindset and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

This is a fully remote position, but you must be located within the United States
Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the English language
A reliable Internet connection and computer
A confident, professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
A positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office
Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
