Behavioral Healthcare Recruiter (Remote - West Coast)

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Healthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment of licensed mental health professionals supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) across West Coast markets.

• LCSW
• LPC
• LMFT
• LMHC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (LCP)

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for in-person behavioral health providers
• Build and manage pipelines in competitive West Coast markets
• Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders on workforce planning
• Manage offer negotiation, compliance, and licensure alignment
• Track and improve time-to-fill and conversion metrics

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting licensed clinicians
• Experience staffing SNF, ALF, post-acute, or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong sourcing and closing skills
• Knowledge of West Coast licensure requirements (CA preferred)
