Our client ReplicaDX is looking to fill the position Finance Lead - Growth & Strategy.

ReplicaDX is a Go to Market and Customer acquisition consultancy company at the forefront of digital transformation in Africa. With a diversified portfolio spanning cross-border logistics, enterprise partnerships and strategic consulting, the company is entering a period of accelerated growth.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on Finance Lead to build and lead the finance function during this critical growth phase. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will not only manage the books, he/she will also be responsible for shaping the financial architecture of a fast-scaling technology company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Financial Leadership
• Own, refine, and execute the 5-year financial model
• Develop and monitor key financial KPIs
• Provide financial analysis and insights to the leadership team
Financial Operations & Control
• Establish and oversee accounting operations (GL, AP, AR)
• Implement scalable accounting systems and internal controls
• Manage payroll, statutory compliance, and tax compliance
Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews
Cash & Treasury Management
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Maintain banking relationships and ensure covenant compliance
• Oversee treasury management and foreign exchange exposure
IDEAL CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
We are looking for a builder — not just an accountant.
You should be:
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a startup or high-growth environment
• Hands-on and proactive, able to work in detail while thinking strategically
• Growth-oriented and motivated by long-term value creation
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving business
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• 5–8 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• CPA-K or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
• Experience in a startup, high-growth tech company, venture-backed SME, or agile consulting environment strongly preferred
• Likely currently a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or Assistant Controller ready for the next step
• Industry experience in Tech, FinTech, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a fast-paced consulting environment will be an advantage.
